Ever wondered if your relationship is unhealthy? It isn’t always easy to determine as you would think. Many people who are toxic, are well, really good at it.

The signs can be hard to see, especially when you’re in the middle of it. But it’s not anything wrong with your, it’s a toxic person being good at being toxic.

The primary goal of a toxic person is to keep the person trapped in the toxic relationship. In order to do that, they must engage in a variety of ass-backwards, and abusive techniques.

It’s not your fault.

I repeat, it’s not your fault.

Using these tactics creates a feeling as if you are to blame for the abuse in the relationship.

Share this with a friend who desperately needs to hear this message.

This week’s new YouTube Video goes into detail about each sign: controlling, manipulation, isolation, aggression, and blame.

If you or someone that you know is current experiencing any signs of domestic abuse or domestic violence, please reach out to the The National Domestic Abuse Hotline at 1-800-799-7233
